Zebra Lake Care is regulated by the Care Quality Commission (CQC), which oversees all health and social care services in England. The CQC ensures the quality and safety of care provided in hospitals, dental practices, ambulances, care homes, and in people’s own homes.

Skills for Care for Registered Managers
At Zebra Lake Care, our registered managers are active members of local networks that provide a supportive space for collaboration and knowledge sharing. They receive assistance in finding resources and advice on recruiting and retaining staff, developing their teams, strengthening leadership, and meeting CQC expectations around quality of care, among other topics.

Zebra Lake Care collaborates with the Outstanding Homecare Providers Network Ltd. (OHPN), which promotes outstanding homecare services. To improve service delivery and care standards, OHPN offers homecare professionals with tools, mentoring, and networking. The network shared best practices, provided training, and advocated for homecare professionals. In partnership with OHPN, Zebra Lake Care obtains information and skills that promotes excellent client care

Trafford Council
Together with Trafford Council, Zebra Lake Care offers a variety of services to support adults and older people in the community. Resources from the council include social care assessments, home care support, and residential care options. With housing adaptations, direct payments for personalised care, and carer support, Trafford Council helps people get the help they need. With the council’s help, Zebra Lake Care improves service delivery and provides comprehensive support to clients.
